Each Private Cheerleading Clinic will be allocated based on the following criteria.
For each Private Cheer Clinic with 30+ cheerleaders all 4 Instructors will be sent .
Cheer Clinics with under the minimum of 30 Cheerleader participants will incur a small Private Clinics fee. Dates will be given if available and only 2 Instructors will be sent to each small clinic.
Cheerleading Private Clinics will be 6 hours and commence approximately 10am, but must be finished by 5pm. In this time you must also schedule an hour break for lunch. Coaches will be responsible for booking their own venue and any costs entailed. Instructors will also need to be provided with lunch by you on the day of your clinic.
Awards will be presented to stand out Cheerleaders at ALL Private Clinics.
Costs will be £20 per Cheerleader. Only cheerleaders with a valid Scotcheer Event ID Card can participate as the clinics are subsidised by Scotcheer. Need an ID Card - You can Download the form here.
Squads will not have the added costs of ANY travelling expenses to and from their private camps, evening meals or any hotel rooms! Instructors travel(*), accommodation and evening meal costs will all be met by Scotcheer.
